In chapter 5.3.2 Elements of the Control Plan, we looked at the control plan, saying that you need to monitor process and product to find no random variance. In the scenario in which you founded not random variance, you need to have a response plan.
The Response plan needs to give you a detailed sequence of steps to solve the problem for each possible scenario that can have generated the variance.
For develop a response plan you need to:
- Designate an owner for the response;
- Give the first sequence of steps for identifying the problem;
- With the output of the previous step, indicate a way to address this problem;
- Give at least one general sequence to address general problem;
